- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To improve the Service through aggregated analytics.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete personal information within 7 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records โ kept for 6 years per Nigerian tax law).
6. Your rights (NDPR)
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal data.
- Delete your account and personal data.

- Withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email support@chowcourt.com.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based database access, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong unique password and report any suspicious activity.
8. Children
ChowCourt is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
